These seem to spreading all around Europe. Saw several last year in Tallinn
Hei Ackworth B - this may well be so. But have you ever actually seen anyone ride in them? I haven't. I rather suspect only tourists are bold enough - at least in this my native city.
Or possibly, drunks - but then the cabbie might bottle out.
